characteristics

A water-soluble dye suitable for anodic oxidation adsorption dyeing of aluminum can dye black with a slight bluish gray tone. It has average light and heat fastness and is not recommended for outdoor use. The pH range of this dye is narrow, and it will rise rapidly when the pH exceeds 6.0. It is recommended to strictly control the pH between 5.5 and 6.0 in daily use. Since dyes will produce mildew under certain conditions, new dye solutions need to be added with mildew inhibitors.

Tank configuration

When configuring the tank solution, it must be fully dissolved.

It is best to dissolve it in hot water (above 80°C, dye: water =1:30) in a separate container, and then add the mother liquor to the tank liquid under constant stirring.
