Leveling agent is a easy-to-use product. It is used directly in aluminum oxide dyeing tanks as a leveling agent. Its advantages are as follows:

Depending on the dye concentration in the dye solution, the higher the dye concentration, the more leveling agent needs to be added; for products with severe surface stain, a maximum amount of addition may be needed, that is, 10 ml/liter.

Control method:

The leveling agent is consumed very little in the dyeing tank and is mainly carried out along with the workpiece. Therefore, when replenishing dyes, the leveling agent needs to be replenished in equal proportions.
The addition of leveling agent may delay the dyeing speed, so the dyeing time should be increased as appropriate after adding leveling agent.
The addition of leveling agents may slightly affect the hue of some dyes.
