Anodic oxidation fog inhibitor F (liquid) serves as an additive for foam formation in the anodic oxidation tank to inhibit the overflow of acid fog.

During the anodic oxidation process using sulfuric acid as the electrolyte, corrosive acid mist will be generated, which is very harmful to human health. When this product is added to the anodic oxidation bath solution, extremely fine and dense foam can be produced., thereby greatly preventing the overflow of acid mist, and at the same time effectively preventing the occurrence of common electrolytic explosions (i.e. hydrogen-oxygen gas explosions). All impurities attached to the foam in the bath liquid can be easily removed, keeping the bath liquid absolutely clean and extending its service life. In addition, this product can also stabilize the oxidation process, so it is very beneficial to add this product even in an anodic oxidation tank equipped with a smoke suction system.

The anodic oxidation fog inhibitor F (liquid) is very stable in acid and alkali and can be directly added to the anodic oxidation liquid. The amount added is appropriate to produce a foam layer with a thickness of 2-3 centimeters. When configuring a new anodic oxidation solution, 0.05 g/L of mist suppressant F solution can usually be added to the sulfuric acid electrolyte.

If the foam is reduced, it can generally be added at a quarter of the original amount.
