characteristics |
Ordinary and hard anodic oxidation additive EE (liquid) is an additive in sulfuric acid anodic oxidation solution. It achieves the highest efficiency of anodic oxidation, produces a more uniform oxide film, increases the density of the oxide film and reduces the cost of hard anodic oxidation. Existing sulfuric acid anodizing bath liquids can be converted into hard oxidation bath liquids without expensive costs (without increasing the number of freezers or adding new higher-voltage rectifying equipment). Add EE to the existing anodizing solution and mix. In this way, both conventional anodic oxidation and hard oxidation can be done in the original anodic oxidation tank, with the following advantages:

conditions of use |
Concentration: 20 ml/L for most alloy oxidation solutions 40 ml/L for some alloys such as 2024 or 7075 Sulfuric acid: standard 150-250 g/L (higher amount is used for hard coating) The characteristics of hard films are due to the effects of current density, temperature and processing time. Hard films can be produced in the current density range of 2.6-5.2 amps/square decimeter and the temperature range of 10-15.5 ° C. The addition of EE fluid can improve some workpieces that fail to meet standard conditions. For example, after adding EE liquid to tank liquid with high temperature or insufficient stirring, the problem of burning loss can be reduced. The film produced at high temperatures is more transparent in color and easier to dye, producing a bright color. Alloys 2014, 2024, 7075 and 7178, which are difficult to anodize, require lower temperatures to obtain high-quality hard films. |

package and storage |
60 kg/barrel, in liquid form, stored in a cool and dry warehouse. Direct sunlight is strictly prohibited. High temperatures and high temperatures must be covered and sealed after use. |

precautions |
EE is an acidic substance, so appropriate safety equipment should be used and body contact should be avoided. Do not mix EE with concentrated sulfuric acid. When grooving, add sulfuric acid to the water first, and then add EE. Waste treatment: No special treatment is required for anodic oxidation wastewater containing EE. Emissions must comply with local environmental standards. |
