Aluminum medium temperature sealing agent PMS323 is a light-green powder containing nickel that is easily soluble in water and suitable for sealing after aluminum oxidation and dyeing. This product has the following advantages:

• The closing effect has less color flow and gray hanging.
• Closure speed is fast.
• After being closed, the surface of the workpiece feels smooth.
• It has a hydrophobic effect.

conditions of use

Bath preparation:

It is best to use deionized water for new tank solution, or tap water can also be used, but the effect is slightly worse.

Note: Slight white suspended matter will appear when the sealing solution is below 30℃, and will disappear when heated to 40℃.

package and storage

25 kg/barrel or 10 kg/box, stored in a cool and dry warehouse, strictly prohibited from direct sunlight, high temperatures and high temperatures, must be covered and sealed after use.

management method

• Accurately measure 10 ml of solution and add it to the Erlenmeyer flask.
• Add about 150mL of deionized water, 10 mL of 25%-28% ammonia water, and a small amount of ammonium violet urea indicator to the conical flask.
• Shake well and titrate with 0.0100mol/L EDTA-2Na. When the solution changes from light yellow to light purple, the end point is reached.
