Aluminum acid sanding agent AP-ALE1 is a weak acid white powder, used for aluminum and aluminum alloy sanding agent, does not contain alkaline reducing agent, can make the treated aluminum parts silver or white.

conditions of use

Processing ability:

Under standard conditions, one kilogram of AP-ALE1 can process 12 square meters, and AP-ALE1 can be replenished if the sand content is insufficient.

Process flow:

Degreasing (AL-CLEAN DA5, DAC-8 or special degreasing agent MC)→ water washing → sand treatment (AP-ALE1)→ water washing → stain removal (stain remover AL-D40)→ water washing → anodic oxidation (sulfuric acid)→ water washing → dyeing → water washing → hole sealing (PHS-5000 or PLS)→ water washing → hot pure water → drying

Wastewater treatment:

AP-ALE1 contains fluoride. Before draining, it must be neutralized by calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide, then transferred to a precipitation tank for precipitation, precipitated with a coagulant, and finally separated solid and liquid through a filter pump.
