AL-D40 neutralizer after chemical polishing is used to remove stains on aluminum or aluminum alloy surfaces after roughening or chemical polishing, which can promote the effect of the next step.

  • It has excellent stain removal effect, which is better than ordinary sulfuric acid and nitric acid, and has a long service life.

(But it is not suitable for some alloys with high silicon content such as cast aluminum).

  • The surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy will not be damaged.

Process flow:

Oil removal (AL-CLEAN DA5, PC-25 or special degreasing agent MC)→ water washing → roughening or chemical polishing (AL-EN or AL-CP2, PP-541N)→ water washing → stain removal (AL-D40)→ water washing → anodic oxidation

package and storage

25 kg/barrel, liquid, stored in a cool and dry warehouse. Direct sunlight is strictly prohibited. High temperatures and high temperatures must be closed and sealed after use.

precautions

  • Wash it after removing stains.
  • AL-D40 is a highly acidic liquid. When operating, you need to wear protective clothing and rubber gloves. If you accidentally touch your skin, please rinse it with plenty of water.
  • When the removal speed is slow, if the concentration of AL-D40 is within the normal range, the pH value of the solution needs to be checked. If it is higher than 1.0, please adjust the pH value to below 1.0 with stock solution or sulfuric acid.
  • AL-D40 does not contain any chelating agent and can be filtered to remove muddy substances after neutralization.
