- With the use of hole sealing liquid and the introduction of water and acid and alkali, the pH value exceeds the use range, the hole sealing ability will decrease and powder substances will be easily produced. Lower the pH with dilute acetic acid and increase the pH with dilute sodium hydroxide solution.
- The sealing temperature is preferably above 90℃. If the sealing time is too long, powder will be generated on the workpiece. If the pH value exceeds the use range, the sealing ability will decrease, and powdery matter will also be generated.
- It is recommended to use acid-resistant and high-temperature filter for filtration.

- Accurately measure 10 ml of solution and add it to the Erlenmeyer flask.
- Add approximately 100 mL of deionized water, 10 mL of 25%-28% ammonia water, and a small amount of ammonium violet urea indicator to the conical flask.
- Shake well and titrate with 0.0100 mol/L EDTA-2Na. When the solution changes from light yellow to light purple, the end point is reached.
