Add aluminum according to the amount of 1% of the polishing liquid to dissolve the corresponding aluminum ions (for example, if the total mass of the polishing liquid is 1000 kg, add 10 kg of aluminum ions). The temperature will rise rapidly during the aluminum dissolution process. When the aluminum is completely dissolved in the polishing liquid, the temperature may reach 130 ° C or above. This is a normal reaction. At this time, it is allowed to automatically cool down to about 100 ° C. Finally, add 100 kg of additive, fully stir, and then conduct a small trial production. After confirming how much temperature and time the product can meet the requirements, it will be put into mass production.
