Rinse-Aid

characteristics
|
The dehydrating agent Rinse-Aid can reduce water stains on plated parts because water has good solubility for many substances. This causes the disadvantage that impurities are easily mixed into the water. After the plated parts are cleaned and dried, impurities contained in the water will adhere to the surface of the plated parts and form water stains. To reduce this situation, the following measures should be taken:
- The final cleaning water for plated parts must be high-purity water to reduce the impurity content in the water.
- Add the dehydrating agent Rinse-Aid to the final cleaning water of the plated part to make the less amount of water attached to the plated part before drying, the better, and reduce the chance of water stains.
- It has strong dehydration effect and greatly shortens drying time and saves energy.
- This product is non-corrosive. The 1% solution is neutral and has no adverse effect on bronze and silver coatings.
- This product is suitable for dehydration treatment of any metal after electroplating.

precautions
|
- The dehydration solution is best prepared with deionized water, and at least qualified tap water should be used.
- Before entering the dewatering tank, the plated parts should be thoroughly cleaned in a flowing water wash tank.
- When grooving and replenishing the dehydrating agent, put the dehydrating agent to be added into a small bucket, and then add pure water (or tank liquid) to stir and dissolve it before adding it into the tank, so as to avoid being directly added into the tank and attached to the tank due to uneven stirring. The wall causes adverse consequences.
- The replacement time of dehydrating agent tank liquid should be determined based on the use status.
