conditions of use |

Process flow: Degreasing → washing → acid immersion →AL-EE treatment → water washing → acid immersion → water washing → anodic oxidation |
Degreasing: |
It is recommended to use solvent or neutral degreasing, such as alkaline degreasing, and fully neutralize after degreasing. |
Wash: |
After degreasing, it can be treated by heating, electrolysis, emulsification and other washing methods according to actual conditions. |
Acid impregnation: |
Stir the workpiece in a water washing tank, and then soak it in a mixture containing 10% nitric acid and 5% fluorine acid for 10-20 seconds. (Please wear protective equipment when preparing acid.) |
Opal milk treatment: |
After fully washing with water, place it in AL-EE solution for treatment at 18-30℃ for 1-5 minutes. (Keep stirring during processing, otherwise spots and flaws will occur, such as rising liquid temperature, shortening immersion time). |
Acid impregnation: After sufficient water washing, soak in acid solution (same as point 3) for 3-5 seconds, and conduct anodic oxidation. Through the above process, a stable treatment effect can be obtained. |
