characteristics |
Dyeing wastewater precipitator PD (liquid) is a colorless and transparent liquid. It is suitable for decoloring and precipitation of aluminum anodic oxidation dyeing wastewater to ensure that wastewater meets environmental protection requirements and can be discharged. It can be diluted with water in any ratio and stored in a cool and dry place at 0-30℃. |
conditions of use |
Add trivalent iron (such as ferric chloride) to the dyeing waste liquid and adjust the pH value to about 8.5-9 with calcium hydroxide, then add coagulant PD and stir evenly to decolor precipitate the waste dyeing liquid, and use standing precipitation or filtration to separate. Note:

Decolorization measurement: Take 1 liter of waste dyeing solution (PS-2001 content: 5 g/liter), add 25 ml of 40% ferric chloride aqueous solution and stir vigorously for 5 minutes, then add 30 ml of 25% lime milk until the pH value reaches 8.5-9 and keep the pH unchanged, add 5 ml of PD solution, and continue to stir for 5 minutes to decolor precipitate the waste dyeing solution. Separation is carried out by standing precipitation or filtration. After filtration, the liquid is basically colorless. Dosage: Add 0.4-5.0 ml of PD solution per gram of dye. |
package and storage |
25 kg/barrel, liquid, stored in a cool and dry warehouse. Direct sunlight is strictly prohibited. High temperatures and high temperatures must be closed and sealed after use. |
precautions |
As with all products, the best standards should be set through testing and practical use to gain experience in industrial applications. |
