oxidation Auxiliary Agent

model/specification

CHC (A/B)

characteristics

Aluminum colored chroming agent CHC (A/B) (liquid) is a colored chroming agent used by mixing two liquids A and B. It is suitable for aluminum and aluminum alloys. The color can be adjusted by adjusting the content of A and B liquids. Different shades from light color to dark yellow have the following characteristics:

  • Easy to operate and can be suitable for different aluminum (alloys).
  • The chromed film is average and has strong corrosion resistance.
  • Low concentration treatment will not affect the conductivity of aluminum.

conditions of use

  • Pure aluminum parts

package and storage

25 liters/barrel, liquid, stored in a cool and dry warehouse. Direct sunlight is strictly prohibited. High temperatures and high temperatures must be closed and sealed after use.

precautions

  • If the content of chroming agent A is increased, the color will turn brown; if the content of chroming agent B is increased, the color will turn colored.
  • Do not touch the workpiece with your hands before drying, and there must be enough space between the workpiece during operation.
  • Dry below 70 ° C, otherwise the formation of chromated film will be affected. The chromated film does not need to be too thick, otherwise it will be poor.

Wastewater treatment: Add sodium bisulfite to CHC wastewater (per 10 ml/liter of CHC-A, add 3 g/liter), use sulfuric acid to adjust the pH below 3, add 0.5 g/liter of ferric sulfate and organic coagulant, and then filter the precipitate. Neutralize the pH to 7-8 with sodium hydroxide and filter the precipitate. Dilute 4 times with water and continue filtering.
