- AL-ESD (A): The company provides two raw materials: additive No. 1 and additive No. 2. After mixing 18 kilograms of phosphoric acid and 12 kilograms of sulfuric acid, add 1 liter of additive No. 1, stir well, add 250 ml of additive No. 2, and stir well to obtain 32 kilograms of AL-ESD (A) finished product. The concentration of phosphoric acid is required to be 80% or more, the specific gravity is about 1.65, and the Baume degree is 57°Bé or above. The sulfuric acid concentration is required to be 90% or more, the specific gravity is 1.8 or more, and the Baume degree is 57°Bé or more.
- AL-ESD (B): Add 16 kilograms of phosphoric acid to 16 kilograms of No. 3 additive, mix and stir evenly to obtain 32 kilograms of AL-ESD (B) finished product.
- Add the two solutions A and B in appropriate proportions according to product requirements.
For example, when opening the cylinder, A:B = 6:1, then the ratio when adding supplements is A:B = 3:1.
- Tank material: FRP, stainless steel SUS316, lead tank.
- Due to the high operating temperature, water will continue to evaporate and should be replenished in time (about 5-10% of the solution) to maintain the specific gravity of the working fluid between 1.7-1.72.
- The role of aluminum acid sand remover AL-ESD (A/B):
- AL-ESD-A: Adjust the gloss and improve the uniformity of the sand surface.
- AL-ESD-B: Improve the sand surface effect and enhance the sand production ability of the solution.

precautions
|
- AL-ESD (A/B) is an acidic substance and should not be touched with your hands. Wear rubber gloves when using it.
- A suitable amount of aluminum ions (about 1 g/liter) should be added to the newly opened bath solution to avoid jagged patterns on the surface of the workpiece.
- Too much water will lead to uneven surface effects after treatment, so too much water should be brought in after washing as much as possible.
- Additives in the stock solution may precipitate. Please shake well before using.
- The workpiece should be constantly shaken during immersion treatment, and the time after treatment should not exceed 20 seconds.
- Before AL-ESD (A/B) treatment, the workpiece must be thoroughly degreased and destitute, otherwise spots may occur.
- After AL-ESD (A/B) treatment, the stain and film must be removed before anodic oxidation can be carried out.
- Tank liquid must be discharged only after passing wastewater treatment.
