Aluminum alkaline sand remover AL-EN is suitable for sand treatment of aluminum and its alloy products, and can produce a bright white or silver-white sand surface.

• Long service life, low consumption, in line with economic benefits.
• AL-EN treatment before spraying increases coating adhesion.
• It can remove mechanical and scraping patterns on aluminum parts, and the sand surface treatment effect is even.
• When treated at low temperature and low concentration, it can produce the effect of meticulous sand removal. When treated at high temperature and high concentration, the sand grains are thicker.

conditions of use

Production process (aluminum and aluminum alloys):

Degreasing (AL-CLEAN DA5, DAC-8 or special degreasing agent MC)→ water washing → sand treatment (AL-EN)→ water washing → stain removal (stain remover AL-D40)→ water washing → anodic oxidation (sulfuric acid)→ water washing → dyeing → water washing → hole sealing (PLS or PHS-5000)→ water washing → hot pure water → drying

Maintenance of tank fluid:

If the sand is not enough, AL-EN should be supplemented, and the addition amount should be determined according to the actual situation (not more than 30% of the total open cylinder amount), and sodium hydroxide should be added in proportion.

package and storage

25kg/bag, stored in a cool and dry warehouse, direct sunlight, high temperature and high heat are strictly prohibited, and must be covered and sealed after use.

Avoid direct contact with this material, do not inhale liquid mist or vapor, contaminated work clothes should be washed before reuse, refer to MSDS for specific precautions and first aid advice.
