Aluminum stain remover AL-D30 removes stains on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy after roughening or polishing, which can make the next process more effective.

• It has excellent stain removal effect, which is better than ordinary sulfuric acid and nitric acid stain removal and has a long life (but it is not suitable for some alloys with high silicon content such as cast aluminum).
• The surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy will not be damaged.

conditions of use

Process flow:

Degreasing (AL-CLEAN DA5, PC-25 or special degreasing agent MC)→ water washing → roughening or chemical polishing (AL-EN or AL-CP2)→ water washing → stain removal (AL-D30)→ water washing → anodic oxidation

Note:

• Wash it after removing stains.
• AL-D30 is a highly acidic liquid. When operating, you need to wear protective clothing and rubber gloves. If you accidentally touch your skin, please rinse it with plenty of water.
• When the removal speed is slow, the concentration of AL-D30 is within the normal range, the pH value of the solution needs to be checked. If it is higher than 1.0, please use nitric acid to adjust the pH value below 1.0.
