Aluminum degreasing powder PC-25 is particularly suitable for hot dipping degreasing of aluminum and its alloys (except aluminum alloys with high silicon content). It does not corrode the metal substrate and has the function of rapid and powerful degreasing.

The degreasing effect not only includes the saponification effect of alkali on (animal and plant) oil and the emulsification effect of surfactants on (mineral) oil, but also emphasizes the wetting, penetration and detachment effects of surfactants. On the other hand, considering that aluminum is an amphoteric metal, strong alkali cannot be used to remove oil to avoid strong corrosion of the surfaces of these metals. Based on this mechanism, PC-25 achieves the best synergistic effect through reasonable selection and combination of alkali, surfactant, complexing agent, cleaning promoter and corrosion inhibitor, exerts the best degreasing effect, and makes degreasing liquid stable and prolongs service life.
