Correct use of PLS sealing can achieve excellent sealing quality. PLS specifically recommends aluminum products for indoor use.

• In order to achieve the best sealing quality, it is best to use deionized water to prepare the tank solution. Impurities in water will affect the quality of hole sealing. The pH value of the newly configured tank solution or during use should be checked, and diluted ammonia or acetic acid should be added to adjust it as required.
• Try to keep the PLS concentration in the sealing solution at 4-6 g/L. When the PLS concentration is lower than or equal to 4 g/L, it must be supplemented.
• Unlike high-temperature sealing, the chemical conversion reaction of PLS lasts for up to several days, and the sealing quality continues to improve. For example, dipping in hot water for a short time (70-82 ° C) immediately after sealing can shorten the time required to complete the sealing reaction, reduce the possibility of finger impressions, shorten the drying time and minimize cracks in the hard film.
• The life of the sealing bath solution mainly depends on the amount of sealing product, the influence of the anodic oxidation acid, dye residue and washing water impurities introduced, and the pH value of the bath solution will also be changed due to the sulfuric acid, nitric acid and alkali brought into the bath.

In order to ensure a long life of the bath solution, it is recommended to clean the aluminum parts as much as possible before sealing the hole.
